6. IPR Type: Trademark / Copyright / Invention Patent / Design Patent / Utility Model Patent / Other
7. IPR Registration Country / Region
8. IPR Validity Period

(Please send us the following documents. Acceptable formats include: TXT,DOC,BMP,JPEG,DOCX,PDF,GIF, PNG,JPG,RAR): 

1. IPR documents 

 (e.g. trademark / patent / copyright / registration certificate, etc.)

2. Identification documents 

(if you are an individual please send us an ID/passport, the name on the documents must match with the IPR Owner name / if you are an organization, please submit an operation license/business registration certificate, the name on the documents must match with the IPR Owner name). 

We will respond to all infringement notices that meet the requirements set forth above and comply with any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We may disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
