  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 Tsp. Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Pinch White pepper or black pepper
  • 1 Stalk Chopped Green Onion
  • ¾ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tsp Ground Pork (Optional)
  • 1 Pinch MSG (Optional)
  • 1 Pinch Chicken Bullion (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, fish sauce, oyster sauce, white/black pepper, green onion, ground pork (optional) into a bowl and mix.
  2. Heat up 3/4 cup of vegetable oil in wok or pan over medium-high heat until lightly smoking. Then pour in the egg mixture in one go.
  3. Egg mixture will immediately puff up. Do not disturb it. Flip omelet after 20 seconds and let cook for another 20 seconds. Remove omelet from pan and serve immediately. Serve over jasmine rice.
